Coronation Celebrations!

We had a lovely day marking the coronation of King Charles. The day started with a church service at St Giles Church. The service was led by Fr David, assisted by some of Maple Class taking on roles, including that of King Charles at his coronation!  The service concluded with some wonderful singing by the children. 

Back as school younger and older buddies got together and enjoyed making 'royal crowns'. together. Later in the day we held a hat parade and tea party. The day was finished off with each child receiving a  commemorative pin badge. A lovely day to mark such a historic occasion.
