Buddies
We are very proud of our Buddy system and the framework it creates links directly with our values of nurture and respect, making our school a supportive and caring environment for all.
Younger children are paired with older pupils from the same house team to share tasks and challenges together. All staff are involved, leading different house groups.Across the term each buddy group will enjoy different activities which include art and crafts, games, puzzles, reading activities, discussions, and work linked to our collective worship. Buddy sessions take place every two weeks.
Our buddies stay in their pairs all year, this creates a special bond; buddies always look out for each other and offer support, friendship and fun both inside school and on the playground.
